We’re back from honeymoon and just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for everything for our pre-wedding night and wedding. You all did amazing, especially all three managers Dan, Sam and Maxine, who were so helpful the whole time and made the whole thing seamless! All our guests have said what a great time they had. We LOVED every minute of it!

I got married here in December 2021 and I cannot fault Botleys one bit. The team were so helpful throughout the planning process and their responsiveness to emails was just amazing. No question was too silly and they went above and beyond to help in any way they could.
The actual day just ran so smoothly and I had to do nothing on the day as it was all taken care of. From placing the place cards on tables and taking my veil to my room after the ceremony! The food and drinks were sublime and my guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They also commented how wonderful the servers and bar staff were! You of course pay a premium for Botleys but you get what you pay for! Would recommend to anyone and thank you for making our special day so wonderful!

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for our wedding day on Thursday. The whole day ran so smoothly, it really was a dream come true. Maddie and Anne have been fantastic throughout the planning process. Nothing was too much trouble, including all the last minute changes after the planner was locked. Thank you so much. To the lovely ladies who met me in the reception and were constantly checking every detail was perfect, as a bride could not have asked for anything more. And a special mention to Guy. You met us when we first viewed Botleys Mansion and were the last person I spoke to on the wedding day. You are a true gentleman and the day could not have gone as it did without you. We cannot thank you enough. You are a credit to a Botleys mansion. The food and wine were fantastic and all bar and waiting staff were great. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and day.

We had a wonderful wedding day at Botleys Mansion – it surpassed both of our expectations. Many of our guests commented on the outstanding quality of the food, professional service & the general relaxed flow of the day. It was exactly what we wanted – you did us proud. Dan, our wedding coordinator was simply excellent – he was calm, organised, extremely personable and a thoroughly professional hand on the wheel throughout. Emma, our MC, was also outstanding on what we understand was her first wedding assignment – always available to ensure the smooth running of the evening until the last guests had left. Also please pass our thanks to Guy who looked after us really well during our tasting day and, of course, Ann & Maddie in the planning office for helping us navigate the on-line system, and for their help in reorganising the entire event twice due to CV19 – particularly for securing our final date quickly after the government’s announcement of the lockdown extension on June 14th. In summary, it is by far the most expensive party we’ll ever finance, but for the day we had – and without a doubt – it was completely worth it.

Harry and I would like to take this time to personally thank you all for making our Wedding day so perfect and everything we could have dreamt of. It was genuinely like a fairy tale wedding for us. We were always worried that the day could not live up to our originally planned wedding but everyone made sure the day could not be compared. It was everything we could and would have wished for. All we could say after was let’s do it all again because it just went too quickly. Dan, Rachel and Emma really went above and beyond to ensure the day flowed and that we were truly never without. They thought about everything and really made the day special for us. The food was delicious and was a highlight for everyone, we are still receiving messages about how delicious the food was and how it was the best people have ever had at any wedding before! The timings, turn around of the rooms, the set up, drinks were all fantastic and we are both very grateful to you all. We thank you so much again. Maddie and Ann, your support with the planning of the day and everything we discussed was put out on the day.
Thank you again to everyone, we couldn’t recommend the whole experience more!
