Throughout the day; everything ran so smoothly and to schedule, and it was all thanks to them. They made us feel so relaxed, made sure we were in the right place at the right time; and nothing was too much trouble – despite being very busy they were always calm, positive and happy.
We are aware we probably weren’t your easiest couple, having made a long list of requests prior to the day! But we were delighted to see everything was set up perfectly by the staff and the venue was laid out exactly how we had hoped. We would like to thank Maddie and Ashley for this, who have often been on the receiving end of our questions; but they always replied extremely promptly and ensured everything was planned just perfectly.
The tables were decorated exactly how we asked, and the food for our wedding breakfast was exceptional. So many of our guests commented on the quality of the food, so thank you to the chef and his/her kitchen team. We were also really impressed by the professionalism of the table staff and their pace and seamless delivery of courses to tables in complete tandem with each other.
Overall, we had a great day – and Harper staff are a large part of this success. The level of hospitality offered by Harper staff really is something to be proud of, and is some of the best we have experienced. Cain Manor is an exceptional venue with exceptional staff. We would not hesitate to recommend Harper to other couples. Once again, thank you very much for everything you have done and we wish you all the best for the future.

We wanted to pass on our thanks for the support and assistance you gave us (over the last few years given the covid delays!), and most especially on the day itself. A particular mention to Sam who was the manager in the morning, who really helped keep us calm and nothing was too much trouble. We loved celebrating our wedding at Botleys, and have so many lovely photos to look back on. We likewise received lots of compliments from our guests on the venue itself and also the food, which everyone said was fantastic.

From before the big day, Ashley and the organising team were incredible. From helping us with any queries and guiding us through the planner (which is amazing by the way), to last minute change requests that you quickly resolved, and accommodating some of our more obscure requirements like my non-alcoholic wine.
Then when the big day did arrive, Barbara and the team were just phenomenal, and a large part of why we enjoyed our day so much and why it ran so smoothly. Barbara has clearly done MANY weddings before and that shows in her kind advice and tips.
The setting and food were outstanding and we had multiple friends and family say it was the best wedding they had ever been to and the food was in another class.The serving teams and waiters conducted themselves so professionally, everything seemed like a very well-rehearsed operation, and they were so friendly and helpful when asked of anything.
You took away so much of the stress from the two of us that we were so calm throughout the day and whole experience far exceeded any expectations that we had about what our wedding day would be like. Simply put you made it perfect!

We want to say a BIG THANK YOU to you all for the most amazing wedding day! We cannot thank you enough for all your help in the lead up and to the whole team on the day for looking after us. Especially Jess from start to finish who showed us round on our first viewing and then looked after us whilst we had our nightcaps at the end. Also, Annette who was amazing at our tasting and incredibly kind on the day. The food was delicious, the servers were professional and we cannot fault anything, it felt like we were waited on all day. We could not have been happier thanks to you all and the day itself was just perfect.

We had a wonderful time and all the guests very much enjoyed the wedding. Everything ran smoothly and many people complimented on how beautiful the venue was. The food was enjoyed and portions were very generous. Dean in particular was fantastic on the day and we grately appreciated having him there to manage any changes that came up! Maddie was also wonderful in the planning process and was instrumental in putting the day together. Many thanks Bijou for an unforgettable wedding!

Thank you for your support during this very drawn out and uncertain time. We had a brilliant wedding celebration and would just so love to do it all again, if we could!! All our guests said how special and unique the day was, and the venue and staff helped make it so.
