Dear Harper Weddings Just a quick note to say a massive thanks to the team at Botleys Mansion for the dedication and professionalism they showed us on our wedding day on 10th March this year. We had the most amazing day and look back on our day with the happiest of memories. Our wedding planner Aly was amazing from start to finish and a big shout out to Guy. We met him on our very first visit to Botleys Mansion and he was there for every one of our tours, meetings, tasting and on our wedding day. He was fantastic throughout, offering us high attention to detail and a smooth running of the day- even when the flower girls got stuck in jersey and ran in late!!
Hi Ann, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help in coordinating our big day, we literally had the best day ever! All of your help, effort and knowledge over the last 18 months has been outstanding, your staff on the day were incredible, they knew exactly what was happening minute by minute and made the day go so smoothly! Please can you pass on our hugest thanks to Rachel and Guy, they were absolutely brilliant, I can’t fault them at all, they had totally memorised our 9-page wedding call sheet document and knew it better than we did! The venue was just so stunningly perfect and there is absolutely nothing we would have changed, our guests were so impressed and we are still all talking about it 6 days on! It was worth every penny and credit to all of the team at Botleys, you are all faultless and it was our absolute pleasure to share the day with them. Once again thank you much.

Hi Ann, We just wanted to send you an email to thank you and let you know that we had such a fantastic day. It was everything we could have dreamt of and more. A huge thank you to Sarah, Sarah and Guy – they were all so attentive and made sure the day ran on time. Dear Everyone at Botleys and Harper, Extra-special praise need to go to the two Sarahs who ran proceedings with military precision, and were able to think two steps ahead of any potential obstacles (e.g. bringing the canapés and drinks to the gazibo where most of our photos were happening – super thoughtful) and of course Jack who took over the night shift. Please pass on our sincerest gratitude to all the waiting and bar staff that worked on our day, all of whom performed their duties to the very highest level of professionalism. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, which was framed beautifully by the very pleasant weather (we were very lucky in that department), and how great the day was overall. I should also give a special mention to the chefs and catering. The food was good on our taster/testing sessions, but was utterly sublime on the day itself. The lamb was absolutely perfect, the starter great, and the desserts – considerably larger than anticipated – went down superbly. Again, we have had a huge number of positive comments on the food. The Harper DJ, Neil, did a top job as well – I noticed that there were people on the dance floor, literally for the entire time he was playing – something I’ve never witnessed before at a wedding. Finally, our biggest thanks should probably go to Ann, who did a fantastic job of planning, replying to our emails, listening to our concerns, enduring the silly disagreements between ourselves and in the end formulating a truly wonderful event.
The Cutmore-Scotts should be (and I’m sure already are) very proud of the fantastic team effort and the very polished manner in which you managed our big day.
We just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for a wonderful day yesterday. Everything was really painless and enjoyable and all the staff were eager to help whenever they could. Could you also pass on compliments to the chef as the food (the main in particular) received quite a number of rave reviews during the evening.
