Thank you all so much for making my daughter’s wedding everything we had hoped and planned for. It was an amazing day in a stunning venue with staff who were so professional and welcoming. They guided us calmly through the day and everything went smoothly. The chef deserves a special thanks as everyone enjoyed the delicious food which was promptly served to all the guests. You gave us a day to remember. We were able to relax and have fun. It was everything I had dreamt for Anna and Graeme’s wedding day and I cannot thank you enough.
We can’t thank you enough for a truly memorable day which even exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff at Botleys was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Both Rachel and Dan contributed tellingly to the smooth running of the day and ensured that everything ran like clockwork. We have attended a number of other weddings recently and seen how stressful it can be for the bride and groom as they spend much of their time ensuring their guests are enjoying themselves but the biggest compliment we can give is that we never experienced this at Botleys – all of the staff worked hard to ensure it was a memorable day for everyone in attendance, and especially the bride and groom! Once again, heartfelt thanks from both of us – we had a perfect day and created memories that will last a lifetime.
My husband Jon and I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone at Botleys Mansion for making our wedding day so special from start to finish on the 1st November 2018. Also a huge thanks for all your hard work helping us along the way with the planning process to ensure everything went so smoothly. We could not have done it without you all. So professional and attentive we could not have asked for any more and could not have imagined it any better. We want to give special thanks to the members of staff who were there on the day- Casey who was our operations manager, Dean who was our night manager accompanied by Emma R, and Sarah along with Emma M on the day. Also thanks to Carol who was fabulous at our final planner meeting and Maddie for always answering our queries via email so quickly and precisely. Thank you also for our gift at breakfast – the lovely print of Botleys Mansion that we will cherish forever. I honestly cannot recommend you all enough. You were all so kind and friendly to us on the day and we felt like we were in a dream.
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team that helped make yesterday an absolutely amazing day, it was everything and more that we ever imagined and none of it would be possible without you guys! Your staff are an absolute credit to the Harper brand and they were all impeccable in their service! Guy and his team were lovely, and the two ladies who were with me throughout the morning were equally amazing and very reassuring! The food was spectacular and everyone commented saying the same! The wine waiters were fabulous and it really added to the overall effect of the day! I’d like to say thank you again to yourself for all your help throughout the planning process and always coming back to me quickly whatever the issue! Once again a massive thank you to you all from both Aaron and I – I’m gutted that it’s all over!

Thank you to all of the staff at Botleys Mansion who were involved in Charley and Sam’s wedding on Friday 14th September. Every one of you helped to make it a truly magical event from start to finish. We’ve had such wonderful feedback from those who attended.

Dear Team, I would like to say a massive thank you to all of you for the help and guidance throughout planning our wedding, right up to the moment I walked down the aisle and when we had breakfast the following morning. Words cannot explain how brilliant and helpful your staff were. Lisa was particularly fantastic, she looked after me all morning making sure I was ready on time, even down to buttoning up my dress! I can’t thank you enough Lisa for putting myself and my family at ease, we felt so well looked after. Guy was also great in the evening, he made sure our drinks were constantly topped up and that everyone was having a fun all night. Thank you! The other staff members were so happy to help at any stage it really made us feel special on such an important day. The young gent who took our 12:30am drinks orders in the Library must have been working all day but he was still more than happy to do anything he could to make our evening perfect. The venue was just gorgeous, we had one of the hottest days in summer but we were fully topped up with water and the drinks were served outside in the sunshine. It was lovely to be able to use the lawn games outside and to enjoy the air-conditioned atrium into the evening. We were lucky enough to have fireworks and what a spectacular backdrop it was, having the whole venue exclusive meant all of our friends and family could gather around the steps and fountain for the display which made it such a special moment. As a previous wedding coordinator and self-confessed control freak I can quite confidently say your whole team successfully put me at ease and always made us feel that everything was under control, which it was. The planning stages were made so simple with the easy to use planning website, something I logged into most evenings! On the day the whole team knew everything that was happening hour by hour, the process was very regimented and worked absolute wonders. I want to thank you again for all making such an important day for us, just perfect!
