Ann, We had a really lovely day and wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for making everything in the run up and on the day go so smoothly. Dean was amazing, nothing was too much trouble on the day and he made me feel very relaxed and calm! My family also said he was lovely! We had really lovely comments on the venue and on the food especially! How amazing the food was and that everyone was so happy that the portion sizes were normal compared to other weddings they had been to! Thank you again to you and your team for always answering my endless questions and your help with the planning!

You are so kind and made me feel that nothing was too much to ask (not that I had to ask much as it went exactly as planned). It certainly was worth every effort put it and I can see why your price points are higher than other’s I’ve looked at. You are on another level, I felt very special.

My daughter Gabrielle’s wedding at Cain Manor on Saturday was simply fantastic and I can’t thank your brilliant staff enough for what they did to make it such a special day. It is extremely rare these days to get a service that can only be described as faultless. Siena and her assistant who were masterminding the operation on Saturday were a delight to work with. We had met with Dean on previous visits – and also saw him briefly on Sunday again please thank Dean for making our visits so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived on Saturday your staff were waiting at the front door to greet us and show us to our rooms. This immediately created a “feel good factor”. All the staff clearly knew their roles on the day and this ensured such a slick service for my family and guests. Your young waiting staff were so attentive, always on hand with a genuine desire to offer the very best service they could. It impressed me that the young staff were so welcoming and keen to do the very best job they could. It’s rare in this day and age to find such enthusiasm from a young group with seemingly no boss standing over them “having to crack the whip”. Many of our guests have commented on how delicious the food was – again top marks to your team for such wonderful food. In summing up Cain Manor created the effect and atmosphere that our wedding was the “most important wedding of 2018” that you were hosting. Considering you host so many weddings during the course of the year it would be easy to just “go through the motions” – that didn’t happen on Saturday you made us feel very special. Thank you for a wonderful day.
Penny and I had a fantastic day, and we would very much like to thank all of your staff for helping us plan the event and in particular all of your event staff who looked after us so admirably well on the day. Many of our guests have made a point of telling us how wonderful the location was and how tentative your team was in providing everything we needed.

Ann, I just wanted to say a quick thank you to you and your amazing team for making our day so special with the personal and intimate feel that we wanted. We truly felt like we were at home. Our guests were just in awe of Cain Manor and we have received such wonderful feedback from everyone with regard to the excellent service you provided, the food and the wonderful accommodation. As most couples probably say, we wish we could do it all over again, and we both actually had a tear in our eyes when we left on Sunday morning…we have really enjoyed the whole experience, and I have to say that the planning was made so much easier with your help. Everyone on the day was brilliant, Rachel and Sienna were just amazing, they made us feel so relaxed and even if things were manic, they made sure we had no idea!! Johnny in the evening was a star, he kept everything ticking over and kept an eye on our float and even had time for a chat in the evening before we went to bed… we couldn’t have asked for any more. The professionalism of the young waiters and waitresses were a credit and they worked so hard all so polite and professional. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! If we ever win the lottery and get to renew our vows, who knows, one day we may come back!!
We just wanted to thank all the staff at Cain Manor (particularly Siena) for being so attentive and ensuring our Wedding Day ran smoothly. It was a huge success, Jake & I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We have received numerous compliments from our guests about how wonderful the venue was, especially the food and the waiting service. We would definitely recommend Harper weddings and your preferred suppliers that we engaged with.
From start to finish we received first class service from all involved. Jennifer was brilliant when responding to our questions and helping plan our day. Dean was very helpful when we went for our food tasting and Siena couldn’t have been more professional, fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for her and the team on our day. It was also a nice touch that John introduced himself in the evening if we needed him. Not only was the venue the perfect setting but all of the staff from the waiting staff, grounds men and anyone behind the scenes really all played such an important part in making everything run like clockwork. The food was amazing and everyone commented on how lovely it all tasted. We were very grateful that you adhered to our dietary requirements, we don’t think there was a scrap of food left on any plate. Once again thank you for making our day perfect and we won’t hesitate to recommend Cain Manor as a wedding venue.
