I just wanted to thank you for a providing a wonderful wedding celebration for my daughter and son in law at Botley’s Mansion on Friday 6th August. From arriving at the venue to leaving everything was perfectly and seamlessly organised. Everyone was so attentive and helpful throughout the day and all the guests have commented in particular about the amazing food.

Dear Harper Team, Kevin & I just want to say a huge thank you to all the team at Botley’s for making our day so special from the moment we arrived to when we left. We could not have asked for such a professional well-run day. Many of our guests commented on the smooth running, the delicious food, the attentive service and the pleasant staff who could not do enough for us. Special mention should go to Ann for taking calls and sorting out last minute changes, Dan for ensuring a smooth-running day and keeping us on track and to Hayley for her organisation of the evening. The day was truly magical, and all family and friends enjoyed themselves immensely. THANK YOU BOTLEY’S, AMAZING!!!We also want to commend the Harper team for all their help and support throughout the complications of the COVID pandemic and our initial postponement through to our special day.

Me and Rory had the most amazing few days at Cain manor last week! It was incredible! Please pass my thanks to all the staff from the day of who went above and beyond to ensure we had the most brilliant day! They were amazing! and from the day we booked every single staff member has been absolutely fantastic in helping us have the wedding (s) we always dreamed of! With every single problem you were there with an answer and with a helping hand. We have both been so touched by the help we have had and how well we have been treated. Thank you all once again!

As soon as we saw Botleys Mansion, we knew this was the venue we wanted for our wedding. Starting at the bottom of the sweeping drive, working its way through the stunning surroundings, up to the double staircases at the front entrance, to the Green Room and finally to the conservatory – everything about the venue definitely has the wow factor. The grandeur of the exterior combined with the elegant, well looked after, modern interior (which retains classic touches) really makes for a truly stunning venue. The planners were great to deal with in the lead up, always there for help and advice throughout. The team on the day were exceptional! Big shout out to Dan who ensured our day ran without a hitch. All in all, the team went out of their way to ensure our day was perfect and we can’t thank them enough. Especially coupled with the beautiful food, cocktails and wine. All in all a 10/10 experience.

We just wanted to drop Harper an email to say thank you so much for a fantastic day! We had an amazing time and everything went smoothly. The staff on the day were brilliant and really helpful (especially Dan). We are currently on the way back from a super stay at The Harper which was a beautiful hotel.

We had the pleasure of entertaining our family and friends at Cain Manor on Saturday afternoon and evening after her marriage to Christopher. We just wished to share a couple of points with you.
First of all, we were conscious, through Jennifer, of how wonderfully supportive you and your team have been and how positive you have been towards their having the type of wedding they always hoped for. You were consistently constructive in working through all the little impediments which recent restrictions threw up. Nothing became a problem.
Second, the quality of your staff, both front of stalls and backstage, your facilities and your catering, and your management team, is simply outstanding. The service we received, the attention from staff who were there but not intrusive, made the evening. As for the food, all agreed, excellent. The table staff, (forgive me if that is not the correct terminology,) were quiet and so efficient. Breakfast – just what was required.
