When you book a Harper Wedding Venue you are also booking the service of our friendly and knowledgeable in-house wedding planning team. You will be supported by them from the moment you first visit our venue, to the morning after when you wave goodbye to us as a married couple.
As well as a planning team, you will also get access to your own online wedding Planner, a tool that has been designed by us and that is unrivaled by others, enabling you to document all of the details of your wedding; from the style of confetti to the way you want your napkins styled. All of this information will be taken care of by your venue team on the day. This means that on the day of your wedding there won’t be a thing for you to worry about… nothing at all!
Our team is available 7 days a week 9am-5pm. In addition to this, our bespoke software comes with a unique messaging platform to allow you to stay in touch and ask any, and as many, questions you have along the way with peace of mind that a response will be provided within 48 hours. We are, of course, only a phone call away if you prefer.
We invite you to meet with the wedding planning team twice in between setting your date and the day itself.
The first meeting will be your ‘Wedding Planning Wednesday’ which takes place (on a Wednesday, of course) at your venue, and is designed to give you a more in-depth tutorial on how to use your wedding Planner whilst explaining the information required prior to the ‘lock down’ 2 weeks before your day. We also talk through all your ideas and answer any questions.
It’s at this meeting that you will also have the opportunity to sample our menu tasting platter which consists of small versions of our most popular starters, main courses, and desserts. You will receive 15 dishes in total to help make your final menu choices. On top of this, you will be given 6 bottles of wine and fizz from our drinks menu to take away and enjoy at home!
The second meeting will be closer to your wedding day, where we will go through all the details and finalise as much as we can on your planners, crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s to ensure a stress-free lead-up for you.
