What is a Harper Wedding Venue Open Day?

Harper Wedding Venue Open Day

Like most specialist wedding venues around the UK, Harper Wedding Venues offer specific dates each month for couples to visit.

Open days are an invaluable part of your wedding planning process and provide you with the opportunity to really get to see what types of wedding venues are out there and compare the different packages available for your wedding.

How does a Harper Wedding Venue open day work?

We may be a little biased but we’re confident our venue open days are just that little bit more special than the rest. Not only can you look around our exquisite venues, there will also be one of our friendly and knowledgeable wedding managers on hand to discuss your ideas and explain how your wedding at the venue could work.

Upon arrival, you’ll be offered a nice glass of something bubbly to enjoy during your visit before being shown around on a personal tour by the wedding manager. These are the people that will be there on the actual wedding day so do take advantage of their wealth of experience and ask them as many questions as you can think of.

The venue will be set up as it would be for a wedding so you can envisage how it would look on your day, but the neutral colour schemes and décor mean you won’t be overwhelmed by someone else’s vision.

Your wedding manager will then give you a demonstration of our comprehensive online planning tool, which will also be sent to you after your visit. This system is used by yourselves and the Wedding Planning Team during your planning timeline and stores all of the information needed to run your wedding exactly as you’ve instructed us.

Before you leave, you’ll be given a personalised quote based on the potential date and guests numbers discussed which you’ll be able to access via the online planner once you’re back home. Feel free to play around with dates and guests numbers to see what works best for you – the planner has a live link to our diary system, so it’ll keep you updated with all available dates at the venue.

Why should you book an appointment?

We want to give you and your partner the best possible impression so we ask you to book in for an appointment at an Open day so that we can provide you with our undivided attention. This really is the best way to view the venue as you’ll gain a much better understanding of how the venue and Harper works and of all the services we are able to offer you.

Visits usually last around an hour and you’re more than welcome to take some time afterward to wander around by yourselves if you wish.
We often find couples like to visit by themselves the first time around but bring their parents or a few members of their wedding party for a second visit, which is absolutely fine… just please let us know you’re coming.
