Tell us a little about yourself?

I am based in Wiltshire but I capture amazing weddings all across the UK and overseas. I have been capturing weddings since 2017

How would you describe your wedding photography style and what makes you unique?

My wedding photography style has a unique warmth and effortless romance. My absolute favourite time of day to shoot in is golden hour, so I always try and work in a quick sunset portrait shoot! In your full wedding gallery you can expect to see some incredible couples portraits but also some really meaningful story-telling images from every part of your big day.

How would you describe your working style?

My shooting style is relaxed and informal and I always strive to produce timeless, sophisticated photos that are rich in warmth and emotion. I like to take a step back and capture authentic moments, as beautifully as possible. I really do pride myself on my ability to put you at ease in my company so that you can be completely yourselves and enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Do you shoot digitally or with film? Or both?

I shoot digitally.

What type of equipment do you use?

I use 2x Sony cameras and a selection of lenses. My cameras each have 2 card slots so there are always 2 copies made of each image whilst I’m shooting on the day.

Do you shoot in colour and black and white?

The majority of your gallery will be in colour, however, there are times when a black and white edit can really enhance the story or emotion within a picture.

What can you offer couples? Can they customise the package with you?

To keep things as simple as possible I offer one main package, with the option to add on any extras that may suit what you’re looking for.

Do you include an engagement shoot?

An engagement shoot is an optional add on to your main package.

How long after the wedding will the couple receive their proofs?

Within a few days of your wedding (usually the day after where possible) you will receive a gallery of sneak peek images to keep you going until the main gallery is complete. You can usually expect to receive the rest of your gallery within 6-8 weeks.

How far in advance should couples book you?

The earlier the better, especially if you wedding is during peak wedding season. It’s not uncommon for me to receive bookings 1-2 years in advance.

What information do you need from the couple before the wedding day?

Before the big day I’ll send through a pre-wedding questionnaire to gather all the information I need for the day (timings, family shot lists etc). We’ll then have a call to take it all through and make sure we’re all on the same page.

What are you favourite trends?

I love when couples say their own personal vows to eachother! As far as other trends go, I really just love anything that reflects you as a couple.

If you were getting married, how would you choose your wedding photographer?

First and foremost you have to absolutely love the work of the person that is capturing your wedding day. The are so many different approaches to shooting a wedding and even editing styles, so figure out what style of photo makes you think ‘YES!’. Once you’ve narrowed down that, then it’s all about who you click with. This is a huge day for you both and your photographer will be with you for the majority of it. You have to choose someone who you will enjoy spending all that time with and have complete trust in.
